Diarrhea of the Keyboard

First off, I get to leave work early for Easter, which I find kind of strange as the man releasing us is Jewish. Thank you zombie Jesus!!

I am reading all of your blogs. However, for some reason I can't comment on this computer and sometimes the Blogger app on my phone won't let me comment either. The man is trying to keep me down, and I can't make useless unfunny comments that make me laugh on blogs. This is quite maddening.

I had to stop with the Prozac because it made me terribly depressed and I didn't want to be around other humans. They are going to try Zoloft next. I say just give me my damn Xanax and let me be. But I will keep trying their crappy meds until I perhaps find one that helps.

I told Charles we should take a break for a while as getting to see each other was getting to be a hassle. He has a lot of stuff going on in his life so I wanted to let him concentrate on that. I figure if we're meant to be together it'll happen somewhere down the line.

Sean and I are still going strong and I am pretty sure I will be with him the rest of my life. Unless he dies of course. Then I'll just be with him the rest of HIS life. Either way, things are awesome and I love him to pieces.

I got to go to the Santa Cruz house last weekend and it was amazing. We went to watch a band play and there were tons of blue hairs dancing at Bocci Cellar. It was THE BEST! One lady out there had to be in her 90s. I fell madly in love with her. Then we hung out in a smokey dive bar and made fast friends with the regulars. Both nights we were in bed by 9. Sean got to come with me. We had a fantastic weekend.

I've been hosting couch surfers pretty regularly and been having fun with it. I actually made a really good friend in Kris (the guy from England) and we text each other at least a few times a week. I miss him.

Okay, I really didn't have much to say I just wanted to get some stuff outta my head. Hope you are all doing well.

Happy picture of the day: the poster for the new Star Trek movie. I swear I've been waiting for this movie to come out forever. So excited!

my boyfriend is a BIG DUDE (note: i am no small fry myself). i worry that he might exit stage right too early, but then again maybe i will go first. who knows. i suppose we should all just enjoy life now and stop fretting about things we can't control.

hope you enjoy your weekend! hoping i can get out of work early today. fingers crossed.

  2. I thought it was pretty funny myself.

My boyfriend is tall and hefty, and so am I. But we both exercise regularly and eat healthy.

I will keep my fingers crossed you get to go early. Have a great weekend!

  3. Now wait a second, you can comment on your own blog, but have some "problem" commenting on others? You're suspect. In fact, You don't need an app to comment. If you have internet access on your phone, you have the capability.
Shaming aside, "I am pretty sure I will be with him the rest of my life"?!?! That's amazing and great! Also great, you hosting multiple couch surfers! So great for someone who was so resistant to sharing her space. You are an inspiration. Well, not in your excuses for commenting, but in other ways.

  4. I'm glad you decided to stop the Prozac if it wasn't working. I hope Zoloft does what you need it to do! It sucks having to experiment with meds, when all you want is to feel better.

Your weekend sounds great. I love chatting up old people, epspecially sassy ones :)

As you know, you and Sean give me the warm fuzzies :)

    1. Yeah, it made me feel icky. So far zoloft just makes me a little tired.

      It was an awesome weekend.

Oh, and my email got hacked so if any of you got weird emails from me over the weekend that's why.

  5. I'm still conflicted about the Star Trek movies. They're so good ... but it's still not my universe!

    1. Yeah, but I'm a sucker for well-made prequels or reimaginings. I'm also excited about the new Evil Dead coming out this Friday.

  7. I also am excited about the new Trek movie, but mainly because we get to see Karl Urban as Bones again. I totally have a man-crush on him, for far too many reasons to enumerate.

    1. That's not as bad as me having a crush on Zachary Quinto. I've never had a crush on a gay man before. But I just want to squeeze him to bits. haha

  8. I like diarrhea of the keyboard type posts. For some reason they seem to satisfy my voyeuristic tendencies without landing me in an orange jumpsuit. So thank you for that. :)

  9. Hope you land on the right combo of meds to make you feel like yourself again. Spending a relaxing, fun weekend in Santa Cruz sounds like my kind of medication!

PS I'm also super excited to see the new Star Trek movie. Borderline embarrassing how excited I am to actually go and see it :)

    1. Thanks lady! The weekend in Santa Cruz was amazing. I try to do a road trip every other month as I find it helps.

Me too. I've been excited since I first heard rumors about it, which was right after the last one came out. So I've been waiting a long dang time!
